Funding and fund raising across affiliates are in line with Article 13 (a-e) and reinforced by Article 17 (1-12) of Affiliates Byelaw. In summary, funding and fund-raising matters are subject to the control of (we) (Niger Delta Budget Monitoring Group) the founding body. Nobody or any member is permitted to collect money/monies from anyone/members and must not seek for funding outside conditions set in the Byelaw, which are widely conveyed to all affiliate(s) organs through institutional communications structure.
