- Project Budget : N300,000,000 [ Three Hundred Million Naira ].
- Status : The project’s vicinity was visited on the 5th of September, 2025 by Ikot Ekpene Shadow Budget Group. During the tracking visit, we could not locate any newly constructed hall. However, we came across a renovated hall. But cannot say, if this was the project vired or the funds used for this renovation. We observed that implementing agency is different from the one described in the 2025 Federal Appropriation.
