- Status : This project was visited by Uyo Shadow Budget Group on the 28th of November, 2025. At Ikot Unya, Ikpa Ikono Community of Mkpat Enin Local Government, our team came across a project’s descriptive signage that contradicted what we have in the description above. What we found as labelling at the site that we visited was “ Opening of Farm Road in Ikot Unya, Mkpat Enin”, with workers busy at the site. We cannot say, if this was the project or another project’s entirely, especially, as awarding agency from labeling that we saw at the site, is bearing National Productivity Centre, whereas, in our tracking document, Federal Road Maintenance Agency is listed. There is a possibility, this may not be the FERMA’s project.
