- Status : This project was tracked by Affiliates Roving Officers on the 28th of March 2025. It is located in Otoro around the proximity of the newly built police station. It has been completed, though, not in used yet.
- ACTION REQUIRED : At a proximity with the police station, that is a security for this facility. However, CDC of the benefitting community, may mutually agree with the government on how to maintain this facility through mutual ownership by government and community.
