- ACTION REQUIRED : When completed, the community, should protect this facility and encourage their youths to participate in skills acquisition. Too much emphasis on certificates in Nigeria’s society, should be downplayed. Whereas, for many, such “certificates” does not add up to self-expertise but because the society makes competition for “certificates” important at the expense of expertise, knowledge and artisanal prosperity.
