- Status : We searched for the Civic Centre but found the ICT Centre. We got a hold on the ICT Centre, which is near completion. The entrance was locked but we saw that it was almost completed but not yet in used. We cannot say, if description of the project was changed from Civic Centre to ICT. This is what was tracked on 24th of January 2024 by Enugu (Muns) Shadow Budget Group.
