- Status : This project was tracked by Affiliates Coordinating Officers on Sunday February 25, 2024. During the visit, it was discovered that Etinan Market Road (otherwise known as lsemin Road) was not constructed and there was no sign to show that work will be commencing soon. It was also observed that the Market Road was still in good condition, exception of the point linking the Etinan Roundabout (John Kirk Square). Secondly, it was discovered by our team that the 3km John Kirk Square Access Road as described in the budget appropriation was noted to be part of the Etinan Uyo Road, taking from John Kirk Junction by Secretariat Road, around John Kirk Memorial Secondary School down to Etinan Roundabout (John Kirk Square). It was equally observed that there was no other separate access road within Etinan by the name “John Kirk Square Access Road” as capture in the project’s description.
