 This Project was easy to locate, because of the project’s labelling and description that was clear for everyone to see. Though, the location was near the border axis between Enugu State and Ebonyi State. That is, in the last community before Ebonyi State. Transportation to the location was difficult because of the axis and how to get a vehicle. Notwithstanding, the challenge of location was surmounted by Enugu municipality’s and Udi Shadow Budget Groups that tracked this project on Thursday 9th March 2023.
