 A combined team of Shadow Budget Groups from Enugu (Municipality) and Udi tracked this project at Umu Okwum Akegbe Ugwu Community in Nkanu East Local Government Area of Enugu State. The tracking was done on Thursday 9th of March 2023. At the site, the tracking team observed that construction activity was ongoing, though it was difficult to know, who was responsible or the agency executing the project? As there was no project’s description or labelling at the site to know, if it is the project, irrespective, this was at the community captured in the appropriation document. Perhaps, a follow up is needed by the community or by NDEBUMOGHQ helping stakeholders to find out, who is responsible for the ongoing work or if it is exactly the project listed with the above code for N51,000, 000 (Fifty-one million naira).
