- Status : This project was tracked by Affiliates Coordinating Officers on Saturday February 17th, 2024. During the visit by our team to the project site (Oron Local Market), it was discovered that the project didn’t have a descriptive signpost. But a borehole project was noticed at the market environment that it is sited and under construction. Our team, while following up with some patriotic traders in the market, were made to understand by some traders, who suggested that the ongoing water project construction process must have been an intervention project from their Senator Akon Eyakenyi, who is now the current Deputy Governor of the State, while some traders didn’t have a pre-knowledge about its existence. Therefore, our team, based on the local findings from people in the market, concluded that this should be the water project as described above.
