- Status : This project was tracked by Oruk Anam Shadow Budget Group on March 13, 2024. During the visit, it was discovered from enquiry from the natives of the community that the community (Ikot Isighe) had a Town Hall in existence already, and there wasn’t any sign of reconstruction of such structure in the place or anywhere else in the community. Our team further noticed a kind of renovation activity in the frontage. It was equally observed that the Town Hall did not have any identification or a signpost that was associated with a project.
