Udi and Nsukka Shadow Budget Groups, jointly, visited Uwani in Nsukka to tracked this project. The place answers Uwani Ugwu in Nsukka Local Government of Enugu state. At the place, no work was done preparation for construction. People at this locality complained about how erosion is ravaging the area because bad road and lack of erosion control. Shadow Budget team were just able to take pictures and video of the visit for advocacy purposes.
