Enugu Shadow was mandated to track this project. TThis project was tracked on the 24th of January 2024 by Enugu-Municipality’s Shadow Budget Group.

Status : The project has already begun, though is not yet complete. Progress is ongoing. The right side of the interior road is properly done. The left side has part of it as undone as at the date of tracking on January 24th, 2024.
